The Veterinary Clinical Complex (VCC), Warangal is situated in an area of 5.27 Acres along with various other offices which are all functioning under Animal Husbandry Department. This was erstwhile Veterinary Dispensary, Warangal under Animal Husbandry Department which was established during 1930 and in 1968 this was upgraded as Veterinary Hospital. Later, during 1985, the Veterinary Hospital, Warangal has been upgraded as Veterinary Poly Clinic, Warangal. Later on 01-04-2009 the Veterinary Poly Clinic, Warangal, along with the staff was transferred to Sri Venkateshwara Veterinary University, Tirupati as Veterinary Hospital, S.V.V.U. Warangal.  Since then it was functioning under the Administrative control of Sri Venkateshwara Veterinary University, Tirupati and after Telangana state bifurcation it came into the newly formed P.V.Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University and was newly named as Veterinary Clinical Complex (VCC), College of Veterinary Science, Mamnoor with staff strength as per the VCI Regulations.

The College of Veterinary Science, Mamnoor Warangal was established by G.O.Ms No.21/AHDD7/AH Dept, dated 23.7.2016. The present VCC was planned with a total outlet of 9.76 (1st & 2nd floors) construction was entrusted to EE TS P Housing Corporation Ltd and constructed in 2018 and the VCC building came to be used by March 2021 and The Academic year started in 2018-19 OH.
