I am truly grateful to lead this wonderful institution, which is committed to the advancement of Veterinary, Dairy and Fishery Sciences.

This University plays a vital role in nurturing the future of Education, Research and Outreach in these fields thus making a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and the communities that care for and/ or depend on them.

We are committed to providing quality education that empowers students with the skills, knowledge, and values necessary to excel in these professions. Our esteemed faculty members are experts in their disciplines and passionate mentors who guide our students in their academic and professional journeys.

In the coming years, we will focus on further strengthening our academic programs, enhancing student experiences, and expanding our research capabilities to tackle the pressing challenges facing animal health, productivity and food processing. I appreciate the enthusiasm and commitment of the faculty in shaping the future of this University.

We also take pride in our outreach initiatives, which aim to bridge the gap between academia and the community.
